On March 1, 2013, the Court granted the US Government's Motion and Ordered the civil asset forfeiture cases to be stayed pending resolution of all related criminal matters. The cases were reinstated on the Court's Docket in January 26, 2016 and was ongoing as of May 22, 2016. (Sources:  Court Docket reports as of May 22, 2016 in the above listed cases.)   

As of May 22, 2016, Mr. Villareal Hernandez's sentencing in US Federal Court for the Western District of Texas on money laundering conspiracy charge, to which he had plead guilty, was continued to October 5, 2016.  (Source: US v.
