Specific factors that helped make the asset return possible in this case were the decision to return the Yacht "5 fishes" to the Tunisian authorities was taken as an evidence on 14 June 2012. The order of the Investigating Judge in Madrid is dated 18 February 2013. The Criminal Chamber of the Spanish Audiencia Nacional rejected in its entirety the appeal of the shell company "Petronome Ltd".
Assets returned
The agreement for returned assets was pay the remaining costs of the yacht.
There were special arrangements regarding the monitoring and disbursement of returned assets. The Spanish police and port authorities, which will have to execute the restitution order, ask Tunisian authorities to pay the remaining repair costs.
